Pre-payment is required for vaccine refills. Someone from our office will contact you to collect payment for your order. Once payment has been collected the order will be placed.

Vaccines are shipped Priority mail by the US Post Office. An additional charge is required for shipping.
We expect to receive the vaccine at our Springfield office within 7 business days. You will be contacted once the vaccine has arrived. You will be notified of its availability for pick up or with the date it was shipped out to you.
Once you have been notified the vaccine is available for pick up, you may do so at anytime at our Springfield (24 hour facility).
Leesburg vaccine pick up will be after 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday after you receive your notification. ***Please note the following hours are for vaccine pick only. Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4p.m.
