Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  Cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted means of payment.

**We do not participate with Care Credit.  If you have a Care Credit Mastercard, we can run your card, but you will NOT get a promotional interest-free period.**

Estimate of Costs

It is difficult to estimate the cost of a dermatologic evaluation and treatment. The initial exam is $180 and with that we almost always have to perform skin scrapings, skin/ear cytology, or otoscopic exams and therefore, the base price for the initial office visit is roughly $315. The total cost including medications is difficult to predict.  While most cases are fairly straight forward, some are more complicated and present a greater challenge to diagnose and treat. With initial tests and treatments, the initial office visit may be in the range of $650-1000+. If allergy testing is performed, the fee may be in the range of $1200+. This is a wide range because additional laboratory tests may be indicated, sedation or anesthesia may be necessary, and medications may be dispensed.  Written estimates can be given upon request.

Dermatology and Allergy Services for Animals offers discounted services to senior citizens, active & retired military and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please contact us for more information.
